Empower Trust is a Colorado state-chartered trust company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Empower Annuity Insurance Company of America (EAIC).
Empower Trust is regulated by the Colorado Division of Banking and provides quarterly reports to and is subject to periodic examinations by the Colorado Division of Banking. It is also subject to minimum capital requirements determined by the Colorado Division of Banking, and maintains a financial institutional bond, as well as a banker's professional liability (error and omissions) policy.
